Sudaji Tourism Village
BULELENG, BTNp: SUDAJI Village is a fertile village located approximately 20 km southeast of Singaraja Town. This village has actually been known worldwide from a tourism perspective because of its beautiful nature and cultural customs which has profound philosophical values of Hinduism in Bali. With local wisdom sourced from sacred spiritual intelligence, this village is also known as a village capable of producing organic agricultural products.
In 2021, the Sudaji Tourism Village has not yet succeeded in achieving the Tourism Village Award 2021. Although Sudaji Tourism Village failed to win the Tourism Village Award 2021 this year, the failure did not dampen the enthusiasm of Buleleng tourism people, instead, their enthusiasm increases to move forward and continuously make improvements improvement.
There is a spirit of Sudaji Village that never goes out, starting with never-ending gratitude for the abundant blessings of Ida Hyang Widi/God Almighty. These blessings include the creation of a beautiful and fertile Sudaji nature, superior cultural customs and the blessing of high intelligence for the local community so that the existing potential can be managed into something very beneficial for human life, including supporting the progress of the tourism sector in the village.
Learning and taking lessons from this year’s failure, the people of Sudaji Village are determined to perform better in the competition for the Tourism Village Award 2022. They are optimistic that armed with hard, smart and sincere work as well as guidance from the Buleleng and Bali Tourism Offices Sudaji Tourism Village will be able to achieve the Tourism Village Award 2022.
According to Rousmini, Acting Head of the Buleleng Tourism Office, what needed to be addressed in facing the 2022 competition are, among others, the synergy must be strengthened and the philosophical values of Tri Hita Karana (THK) must be implemented properly in everyday life so that Sapta Pesona (Seven Charms) is always created in the community of the Sudaji Tourism Village.*DisparBuleleng/Agung Suamba
