Our series of festivities will start with Ramadan Iftar available from 2 April to 1 May from 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm. Break your fast with enriching and delicious food from all around Indonesia archipelago, like Ayam Opor Kuning (Jakarta), Dendeng Batokok (Sumatra), Tumis Bunga Pepaya (Manado), carefully prepared by Chef Vindex Tengker. The menu for your Ramadan Iftar is designed to help replenish your body, ensuring that your body gets the nutrition it needs after a whole day’s fast.
To celebrate this victorious moment, we are delighted to invite you and your loved ones to a special dinner. From 2 May to 6 May, we offer a special feast that is designed to elevate your Eid Al Fitr to the next culinary level. From hot and cold appetizers, like Tum Ayam, Bakwan Sayur, Serombotan and Tahu Gejrot; Noodle selection including Mie Ayam Bakso with various condiments; to the classic, never to be missed on Eid Al Fitr, Ketupat Sayur.
On 7 April, Chef Vindex Tengker will exclusively guide you in learning new skills of cooking Simple Ketupat Lebaran complete with Tumis Udang Kentang, Sayur Pepaya Muda and condiments of Sambal Terasi and Shrimp Crackers that you can easily make at home to make Eid Al Fitr celebration with your family even more special yet memorable.
