Vientiane Host ASEAN Tourism Forum 2024
Bali, BTNp: SUSTAINABILITY is expected to be at the heart of the 42nd ASEAN Tourism Forum, which will be held under the banner of “Quality and Responsible Tourism: Sustaining ASEAN’s Future”. The forum will be hosted by Lao PDR in Vientiane between 22-27 January 2024, alongside the 27th Meeting of the ASEAN Tourism Ministers and other related meetings.
ASEANTA is joining forces with Laos, as the host, to bring the event to life, with a select team of key travel trade partners, including event organizer MP International (MPI), technology partner Fusionex – who will also provide the platform for the ASEANTA Travel Exchange (ATEX) – as well as official media partner Travel Weekly Asia.
Key tourism stakeholders are expected to converge for business and networking opportunities at TRAVEX and the ASEAN Tourism Conference, which will be held as part of ATF 2024.
The countdown for the ASEAN Tourism Forum (ATF) 2024 has begun with the event’s official launch during the ASEAN Tourism Ministers’ Meeting in Putrajaya on 10th July 2023.
ASEANTA President Eddy Soemawilaga invites buyers and sellers alike to take part in the major tourism event, “The registration website for the ASEAN Tourism Forum 2024 (www.ATF.travel) in Vientiane, Laos is now live! According the Director General of the Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism of Lao PDR, Khom Douangchantha, the ATF 2024 website is now live, offering sellers, buyers, and media representatives a hassle-free registration process for attending the event on 22-25 January 2024 in Vientiane, Lao PDR.
