Bali Interfood: The Platform for F&B and Hospitality Supply Needs
BADUNG,BTNp:PENDET dance performance officially opened Bali Interfood 2026 at the Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center (BNDCC) in Nusa Dua, Bali. Now in its seventh year—held from September 2–4,2026— this international exhibition brings together 110 participants from eight countries within a single ecosystem; among them are 35 MSMEs representing the food and beverage (F&B), hospitality, bakery, coffee, wine & spirits, and business technology and solutions sectors.
Serving as a strategic meeting point for producers, distributors, importers, buyers, HORECA professionals, retailers, restaurant and café owners, and investors, the event features exhibitions, business matching, networking sessions, and educational programs that unlock opportunities for collaboration and new transactions. It also showcases the latest products, technologies, and solutions for the F&B and hospitality industries, with a target of 15,000 visitors over the three-day period.
Daud D. Salim, CEO of Krista Exhibitions, stated, “Bali holds a strategic position in the development of the national F&B industry. The growth of the tourism, hotel, restaurant, café, and culinary sectors in Bali continues to generate a demand for an increasingly diverse range of products, raw materials, equipment, technologies, and industry solutions.”

Meanwhile, the Chairman of the Bali Chapter of PHRI (Indonesian Hotel and Restaurant Association), Tjokorda Oka Artha Ardhana Sukawati, noted that the Bali Interfood Expo—which is becoming an annual event starting in 2026—could serve as a key differentiator for tourism on the Island of the Gods.
“This event boosts MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention, Exhibition) tourism in Bali by bringing in thousands of global industry players and strengthening the Island of the Gods’ position as an international business and culinary hub,” said Cok Ace.
For this year’s edition, Bali Interfood integrates the Bali Hotel & Tourism Expo, Bali Coffee Expo, Bali Wine & Spirits, and Bakery Indonesia Expo 2026. This collaboration creates a comprehensive ecosystem covering everything from raw materials, food and beverage products, bakery and pastry items, coffee, wine and spirits, and processing equipment to HORECA supplies, catering services, and packaging technology and solutions.
Visitors can not only source products tailored to their business needs but also observe how various sectors within the F&B and hospitality industries interconnect. “We are presenting more than just products; we are offering opportunities to meet the people behind the industry—buyers, suppliers, chefs, purchasing agents, distributors, associations, and hospitality professionals,” added Daud.

A highlight of Bali Interfood 2026 is the three-day Gelato World Cup Indonesian Selection. Visitors can watch the competition and participate in various workshops showcasing the techniques and creativity of gelato professionals. The program lineup includes a Coconut Mango Dessert Gelato Workshop, a Morello Cherry Gelato Mixologist Workshop, the Gelato Competition, a Sorbet Lollies Gelato Workshop, and a Blood Orange Sorbet Mixologist Workshop—all utilizing local agricultural produce.
Beyond gelato, visitors can also enjoy various culinary sessions and beverage [sector], featuring chefs and industry professionals. The program includes a Cinnamon Roll session with Chef Fajri Winarno, “Melty Cheese Dim Sum & Ghyong Chili Oil” with Chef Lucky R. Katili, a “Bali Beans Manual Brew Class” with Barista I Made Galih Kresnadana, and demonstrations of Black Pepper Fried Noodles and Olive Vegetable Fried Flat Rice Noodles with Chef Ugay.
Bali Interfood 2026 offers a flavor exploration experience that pairs wine with diverse taste profiles through a series of Wine Pairing sessions. Visitors are invited to enjoy unique and innovative combinations, ranging from “Wine & Coffee Sensory” with Bali Beans Coffee and “Wine & Chocolate Pairing” with Mason Chocolates Bali to “Plant-Based Perfection: A Green Rebel Wine Pairing Workshop.”
Meanwhile, the IPBI Competition Area hosts various competitions and workshops, such as the Fruit Carving Competition, the “Into the Sea” Table Setting Competition, and a Flower Table Decoration Workshop. Sustainability issues are also part of the educational agenda, featuring a panel discussion titled “Rethinking Food Waste: How Hospitality Can Do It Better,” led by the Business & Community Manager of the Bali Restaurant Café Association (BRCA).
Bali Interfood 2026 also strengthens business connections through the Business Matching Room, specifically designed to connect Ho.Re.Ca.Ba (Hotel, Restaurant, Café, and Bakery) industry players with suppliers and exhibitors. Scheduled events include “Ngopi Darat with Purchasing & Supplier Ho.Re.Ca.Ba Bali,” Coffee Morning with APKRINDO and APRINDO Bali, Afternoon Tea with IKABOGA and PHRI Bali, and a meetup with Bali restaurant and café associations.
